The Lindler Family

In our ninth year, we have been amazed at the wonderful support we have received!   We had monthly supporters, business supporters, church support and individual sponsors!  St. Matthew's Lutheran Church continued to provide storage space for our recycle shoe program and our packed class storage bags.  Gilbert United Methodist Church shared a building to provide space for our overflow inventory. We welcomed much support from the Saluda community including Amick Farms.  DAR of Lexington has chosen to support SOLE Stepping!  Northside Christian Academy Early Childhood, and GFWC Woman's Club of the Midlands, South State Bank, Shealy's Bar-B-Que House and Oswald Wholesale Lumber remained strong donors!  Children Helping Children at Boiling Springs United Methodist Church continued to support us!   Businesses, churches, and individuals joined together to sponsor the children at Saluda Primary School and Saluda Elementary School!

In our eighth year, we started strongly.  We have FOUR monthly supporters, yearly supporters, and new individual sponsors! We welcomed Leesville Merchants Association, Northside Christian Academy Early Childhood, and GFWC Woman's Club of the Midlands to our family of supporters.  South State Bank, Shealy's Bar-B-Que House and Oswald Wholesale Lumber have jumped in to be our distribution bag sponsors for 2023!  Children Helping Children at Boiling Springs United Methodist Church continues to support us with their largest donation yet!  The SALT Class from First Baptist of Lexington has sponsored children for a 3rd year!  We welcome South State Bank as a business partner this year!  They have sponsored 2 classrooms and a TON of distribution bags!  The people, churches, and business of Batesburg-Leesville came together to fully sponsor Batesburg-Leesville Elementary School.

In our seventh year,  so many amazing things happened!  We were excited about all of the churches that joined us!  Among our new friends, Gilbert UMC, The Harvest, St John's of Irmo, Whittenberg Lutheran Church, and Mt. Hebron UMC were amazing supporters.  We had a great interest from community clubs this year too!  The Pineview Ruritan Club jumped in and partnered with us. Incredibly thankful that First Baptist of Lexington, Boiling Springs UMC, Weichert Realtors-Caughman Company,  Capital City Corvette Club, and Pine Press Printing supported us again this year! Bombas Socks even chose us to be a recipient of a donation of socks to provide to our children.  We had new businesses jump in with support:  Great Southern Homes.  We had our first ever FULL SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP by The Palmetto Mortgage Group.  

In our sixth year, we are worked hard to reach people who need to be involved and who want to be involved.  The list grew daily!  Our individual sponsor family exploded and we even had 1 monthly sponsor!  I am honored that The Rescue and First Baptist of Lexington continued to support us.  HWY 55 is back for the 3rd year!  Remnant Jewelry is supporting us for the 2nd year.  We welcome new businesses, churches, and groups this year:  Harvest Church,   Weichert Realtors-Caughman Company, Pelion Memorial VFW Post 9037, Pine Press Printing, Lilana Colombo Johnson Sales Corp, Walmart-Store 4521 Red Bank, Wal-Mart Store 4420 Batesburg-Leesville, Pampered Chef, McGuinn Hybrid Homes, Skipper's Clearing, Grading, and More, Palmetto Dental Associates, Mt. Horeb UMC's Sarah SIster's Women's Bible Study, Mt. In our fifth year, we started with a bang!  In the first 3 months, our individual supporters were growing and we welcomed new individual supporters into our SOLE Stepping family.  When our country went into lockdown in March, we halted fundraising and a few months later lost our office space.

In our fourth year, we were so incredibly grateful to be supported for 4 years in a row by The Rescue and First Baptist of Lexington!  Our consistent individual supporters have continual been a gift to our mission and our new individual supporters are such a gift!  B&E Auto Sales and Peach Orchard Family Chiropractic became 2nd year supporters!  Remnant Jewelry and The Church at White Knoll became supporters. The steadfast support we have received has been such an encouragement to us to allow us to reach into our community! 

In our third year, we not only had our very first monthly supporter, but our individual supporters grew some more.   We even had 3rd year supporters:  The Rescue and First Baptist of Lexington!  I was thrilled to see our new businesses become 2nd year supporters:  HWY 55 Burgers, Shakes, and Fries, True Remodeling, and First Response.  Then we added a few more businesses and groups:  Knight Enterprises, B&E Auto Sales, Pelion's Woman's Club, Frito Lay, and The Ruritan Club became involved.  The combined generosity of our supporters allows our children to have the shoes they need!

In our second year, even more individual supporters joined the ranks along with 2nd year supporters: First Baptist Church of Lexington, First Response, and 

Southern Pelican Realty.  We also welcomed some new business supporters: HWY 55 Burgers, Shakes, and Fries, The Flight Deck, True Remodeling, Peach Orchard Family Chiropractic, and

Let Them Eat Cake. Our second year supporter:  The Rescue was a rockstar and fully sponsored our 2nd school this year!  

In our first year, we had such an outpouring of individual supporters along with  The Rescue, First Baptist Church of Lexington, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Boiling Springs United Methodist Church, The Well, First Response, and Southern Pelican Realty.  It was such a positive response, we knew it was only going to be the beginning
